Letter to investors, week 40
Ras Al Khaimah, October 3, 2026
Dear investors,
The week from 28 September to 4 October closes with +7.6% on the master account and about +7% for you. The distance from the high has halved and now stands at 6%. Gold had a very difficult start to the week after the news from Hormuz. The end-of-week data, softer inflation and weak employment, pushed back the prospect of a further rate hike as early as October. On Monday 28, while gold was at one point down about 4%, the account closed at +1.9%: the loss had already been concentrated in Sunday's opening. On Friday 2, the day of the employment data, +1.8%. Five positive days, between 0.9% and 1.9%.
We wish you a good week.
With kind regards,
Duemar International Duemar International FZ-LLC, Ras Al Khaimah
