Activity

Marjan Traders is the brand under which the company selects copy trading strategies and helps clients access them. The company is not an authorised financial intermediary, does not receive or hold client funds, does not execute orders on behalf of others and does not provide personal investment advice.

Client accounts and funds

Each client opens an account in their own name with our partner broker, which holds the funds and executes the trades. Deposits and withdrawals take place only between the client and the broker.

Anti-money laundering and identification

We don’t accept payments from clients on behalf of the strategy. Client identification and anti-money laundering checks are carried out by the broker when the account is opened. We may decline an admission request without giving a reason.

Complaints

You can send a complaint to info@marjantraders.com with your name, the email used in your request and a description of the problem. We reply in writing within 15 business days. Complaints about the account, deposits or withdrawals should also be sent to the broker.
