Terms of service

These terms govern the use of this site and the relationship between Duemar International FZ-LLC and anyone requesting admission to the Marjan Traders group.

Scope

The service consists of selecting a copy trading strategy, checking the suitability of applicants, and helping them open an account and connect the copy with our partner broker.

Admission

Admission is by invitation or after a call and a suitability check. We may decline or revoke an admission at any time.

No advice

The information on this site and during the call is general in nature and is not personal advice, a recommendation or a solicitation to invest. Every investment decision is the client’s own.

Costs

We don’t ask for direct payments. The strategy’s performance fee is calculated and collected by the broker’s platform under its own rules.

Risk and liability

Leveraged trading can cause the loss of all capital. Duemar International FZ-LLC is not liable for losses arising from the strategy’s performance, from outages of the platform or the broker, or from differences between the master account and the client’s account.

Withdrawal

Clients can stop copying and withdraw their funds at any time, directly from their own account with the broker.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Ras Al Khaimah have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
