Letter to investors, week 45

Dear investors,

The week from 2 to 8 November closes with +5.0% on the master account and about +3.5% for you, with no losing days. After the previous week's slump, gold had its best week in more than two months, rebounding about 5% to back above $4,100. Tuesday's midterm elections handed the House to the Democrats, but it was the labour data that moved markets most: October payrolls, up 165,000 on Friday, strengthened the case for a December rate hike and pulled gold back at the end of the week. The account closed four sessions, all positive, between 0.98% and 1.41%.

With gold under pressure again and the Federal Reserve's December meeting approaching, we will keep trading with our usual caution on the most sensitive data days. We wish you a good week.

With kind regards,

Duemar International Duemar International FZ-LLC, Ras Al Khaimah
