Letter to investors, week 8
Ras Al Khaimah, February 21, 2026
Dear investors,
The week from 16 to 22 February closes with +8.7% on the master account and approximately +6% for you. On Friday the US Supreme Court struck down the tariffs introduced under emergency powers and, that same afternoon, the White House announced new ones. Gold closed the week above $5,000. A calmer week, with daily returns between 0.9% and 2.7%. Friday, the day of the tariff ruling and of the White House's new announcement, was the most modest session (+0.9%). Compared with the first weeks, the average daily return has decreased: this is natural, because in January gold was moving in an exceptional way.
To those observing Ramadan we renew our best wishes. A good week to all.
With kind regards,
Duemar International Duemar International FZ-LLC, Ras Al Khaimah
